What happens if I cannot reach on time at the pickup point?

Our rules state that your car driver must wait for you up to 20 minutes without charge at the point of pickup. If you emerge more than 20 minutes after the decided time, it is at our driver’s discretion if he will still take you, with any additional charges for this waiting time to be done between you and the car Operator. We can understand our client’s obligations but you should reach on agreed time at the pickup position for stress-free trip.

How early do I need to book my vehicle?

Usually if online booking then you are advised to reserve 12 hours in advance. Conversely you can call us: +44.208 672 3333 up to 2 hours earlier than you need the minicab and we will acknowledge your booking happily over the phone call. You can also make a call once you have landed, normally we have operators around the airports they will be pleased to come and serve you.

How can I see the Minicab driver details to contact him?
